6. Delivery and Returns

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

EU consumers have a statutory right to return goods within 14 days without giving a reason. Goods must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method.
